SELLE SAN MARCO AT NAHBS WILL SHOW URBAN PERFORMANCE AND VINTAGE COLLECTIONS
A new event enters the plan of international shows for Selle San Marco in 2013. According to the philosophy of the company that produces handmade saddles since 1935, starting from this year the well-known Italian brand will be present with a booth at NAHBS, the North America Handmade Bicycle Show (February 22-24 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver).
This is the world’s number one handmade bicycles show. Since 2005 it has quickly grown reaching in the last editions over seven thousand visitors. The event aims to showcase the talents of individuals around the world whose art form is the bicycle and to be a meeting point-online and in person-for frame builders and cycling enthusiasts, for the sharing of ideas, and the promotion of bicycle industry.
An art form is without doubt the Vintage and Urban Performance lines that Selle San Marco will exhibit at its booth (1003) at NAHBS. Handmade saddles that reflect the spirit of this event, real objects of collection characterized by high quality materials and unique design. The Vintage line includes the original saddles that made San Marco famous and that continue to set trends, thanks to their authenticity and charm, like the Regal, Rolls and Concor. They are produced in Italy in the same way they were in the past, according to the manufacturing processes of the 80’ using the same tools for a saddle that is truly authentic. Recently introduced, the Urban Performance line includes the saddle for urban heros. Urban Performance means high technology with simple lines and best materials for models like Zoncolan, Regal and Concor Light. High performance saddles for the modern urban cyclist – clean, simple lines with unmatched performance.
